Appify - An agency that we consider our sister agency, needed a brand new website, with refreshing looks and lightning-fast speed, to showcase their best work, create inquiries and land new clients!
Given their experience in IT, we knew it would be a challenging task to meet their expectations not only in terms of branding and design approach but also with achieving flawless functionalities. Another goal was keeping their SEO at the same level, with the challenge of improving it and making it work with entirely new copywriting and keywords. To achieve all this, we knew what we had to do - treat their website as if it was our own!
THE BRANDING QUESTIONNAIRE
This project and the overall cooperation started with an agency that had an established branding and an existing website, thus their branding was pretty much already in place. However, with a different strategic vision for the new website, the existing branding had to be upgraded to meet new needs. Through a set of carefully constructed questions, we learn what our clients actually need and how they see their future brand, thus preventing potential misunderstandings from the start.
WIREFRAMES
We create wireframes for all the software we build to help everyone included get a sense of where the website is going by actually seeing all the pieces. By doing so, we save time which would be spent on creating full fidelity designs in possibly wrong direction. This way our clients can ask for revision and, when they are fully satisfied, approve the “skeleton” of the website.

For this purpose, our tool of choice was WebFlow. It allows your designers to visualize and impact the website looks through WebFlow’s powerful user interface that closely resembles some of the most used design tools.
Furthermore, it allows you to build responsive design extremely quickly.
An iterative process, analytics, SEO, live chat, CMS, responsive design, contact forms, resource management, and various other functionalities and integrations were implemented on the website.
